Bowla is a bowler hat shaped loaf of bread, where the bottom separates from the top to create a bread bowl, which can be filled with any filling, and a bread roll to mop it all up.

Bowla currently operates from Swansea Indoor Market, which is its primary point of sale. Other streams of income are via an online shop and through catering corporate lunches. 

Bowla has won awards and its founders have big ambitions for the company, with the aim of becoming a UK-wide brand, expanding its corporate catering into stadiums, and, eventually, moving into supermarkets. 

Hannah worked closely with the enterprise team in Swansea University to set up and grow the business.
