WIN steering groups involve all nine Welsh universities and are aimed at supporting research and innovation collaboration centred around core strengths. Within these areas WIN steering groups will seek to find opportunities where, in partnership, they can address social, cultural, and economic challenges at a local, nation-wide, and global level.
The Health and Wellbeing steering group focuses on multi-disciplinary approaches to health and wellbeing challenges. The Health and Wellbeing steering group brings together expertise across all nine Welsh universities that focuses on effectively exploring collaborative opportunities and providing operational coordination among the universities in Wales on matters of health and wellbeing related research and innovation.
The steering group also has observers from Public Health Wales, Health and Care Research Wales and Life Sciences Hub Wales.
